What we collect
When you ask for quotes we collect your first name, mobile number, email address if you give it, the postcode of the job, and your answers about the job. We also record which advert or link brought you to the site.
Why we use it
We use your details to contact you about your job, find suitable tradespeople, arrange quotes and follow up after the work. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in managing the job you asked us about.
Who we share it with
We share your job details, first name, contact number and postcode with the tradespeople we match to your job, so they can quote. We use trusted service providers to run this site and store enquiries (including Google and our hosting provider). We never sell your details.
Cookies
We only use advertising cookies (such as the Meta Pixel) if you choose Accept on the cookie banner. You can change your mind by clearing your browser's data for this site.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 2 years after your last contact with us, then delete them, unless we need them longer for a job, guarantee claim or legal reason.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@tradelinkapp.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
